Shipping Information
To protect your camera or other device during shipping, package it in a container with 3" – 4" of space on all sides. Make sure your personal information including phone number is inside as well as a description of the problems you are having. Put your equipment in a plastic bag, then use crumpled newspaper, Styrofoam chips, or bubble-wrap packed tightly on all sides. After sealing the box, clearly mark "FRAGILE" on all sides.
